The BUMN Series

In order to be fully prepared, an organization cannot simply implement external training programs in hope for a ‘quick fix’. Required by all great teams, IMPACT’s BUMN Series will not only focus on strengthening the current BOD and preparing its BOD-1, but will ensure that the legacy of your organization’s future Leadership will be ensured through a constant supply of Top Talent, beginning with BOD-3. IMPACT’s BUMN Series includes three different types of certificates: Completion, Knowledge, and Mastery.

The BUMN Series Certificate

Completion Certificates are awarded to learners who complete a course. Knowledge Certificates assess the knowledge and higher-order thinking of a learner around the key concepts of a course and are awarded to those learners who successfully design a project. The most valuable certificate IMPACT offers are the Mastery Certificates. These certificates are awarded to learners who not only pass the knowledge exam, but also demonstrate real-world implementation and “mastery” of their project.

The Effective Behaviour Series

With 3 key elements: Personal Effectiveness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, & Effective Leadership IMPACT’s Effective Behaviour Series develops professionals that will come away with the ability to execute critical priorities with laser-like focus, plan carefully, and to collaborate more effectively by building high-trust relationships. It also applies to experienced leaders who have been in their roles for some time, and are looking for practical and relevant ‘refreshment’ on how to effectively lead and manage their teams.

The Effective Behaviour Series outcomes:
